Rental Agreement

1. Parties

This Equipment Rental Agreement is entered into between Hoops Rental ("Company") and the individual or entity booking the rental ("Renter").

2. Equipment

The Company agrees to rent to the Renter the trailer-mounted basketball hoop as specified in the booking confirmation.

3. Rental Period

The rental period begins at the time of delivery/pickup and ends at the scheduled return/pickup time as specified in the booking confirmation.

4. Rental Fee and Deposit

The Renter agrees to pay the rental fee as specified in the booking. A deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied to the total rental cost.

5. Care of Equipment

The Renter shall use the equipment only for its intended purpose and exercise reasonable care in its use and maintenance during the rental period.

6. Assumption of Risk

The Renter acknowledges that basketball is a physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury. The Renter assumes all risks associated with the use of the equipment.
